
| Jonathan Glashow, MD Dr. JONATHAN GLASHOW is a Board Certified orthopedic surgeon and Co-Chief of Sports Medicine at New York’s Mount Sinai Medical Center and has been in private practice for 18 years. He specializes exclusively in shoulder and knee injuries including advanced arthroscopic all-inside anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction, double-row suture bridge rotator cuff repairs, as well as state of the art techniques to repair labral, meniscal and condral injuries.Widely respected for his precision and application of ground breaking surgical techniques, Dr. Glashow’s approach is based on a philosophy that each individual procedure is specific and customized to the individual needs of each patient. He uses minimally invasive arthroscopic techniques so that downtime and immobility are greatly reduced. After receiving his medical degree from Cornell University Medical College, Dr. Glashow completed his residency at Lenox Hill Hospital in Orthopedic Surgery. He went on to earn subspecialty fellowship training in sports medicine and arthroscopic surgery at the Southern California Orthopedic Institute/UCLA in Los Angeles, California: followed by a traveling Shoulder Fellowship in London, Ontario Canada and the University of Texas at San Antonio.Chris Prezzano, Physician Assistant Christopher Prezzano, originally from Rhinebeck, NY received his degree for Physician Assistant studies from Touro College on Long Island in 2004 and has been involved in orthopeadic surgery for over ten years. He joined Dr. Glashow in early 2009 and now lives in Manhattan. As a Physician Assistant he treats and educates patients in the office as well as assists Dr. Glashow with all of his surgical procedures.When not working, he enjoys running, biking, swimming; and really anything outdoors.Dedicated Staff: Lael, Surgical Coordinator Lael Davis will be your liaison from your initial consultation through the time of surgery.
